The Energy Efficiency Potential in Williamson County, Tennessee
This is an independent study commissioned by the Harpeth River Watershed Association and the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy in 2002. The study concludes that energy conservation measures could reduce overall power consumption in Williamson County by between 13% and 23% and reduce the annual rate of load growth from 3.5% to between 0.8% to 1.6%.TVA still hasn't heard this message.
